Developed by Embrey in one of Denver's most celebrated mixed-use neighborhoods.
Boulevard One sits at the heart of Lowry, an award-winning urban community where residents can stroll to a specialty grocer, café, and coffee shop, then pick up the walking trails and bike paths that wind toward community parks and the greater Lowry district. Downtown Denver and the shops of Cherry Creek are an easy commute by car, transit, or car share.
The community's studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments pair smart, flexible floor plans with Lowry's emphasis on good design and sustainability. Courtesy Electric delivered the full electrical and low-voltage infrastructure behind those homes—from service and unit wiring to lighting, data, and smart-home-ready systems.
