Plans & Packages
Smart-home packages tailored to your community and floor plan
Through our builder partners, Courtesy Electric and TEKREDI pre-engineer tiered low-voltage and smart-home packages—data, audio, automation, lighting, and security—matched to each community and home design.
Built into the home, not bolted on later
Pre-engineered packages for new communities
We work with builders and developers to define a clear set of low-voltage and smart-home packages for each community. The wiring goes in during construction, so your home is ready to connect on move-in day—no retrofits, no guesswork.
Packages engineered before construction, installed during the build
Consistent device, network, and automation standards across the community
Clear upgrade paths so buyers can move up a tier or add options
Pre-wiring that leaves the home ready for what comes next
One accountable low-voltage partner from rough-in to activation
Choose your level
Three packages to match the build
Every community is set up with tiered packages so buyers can pick the level that fits their home and budget. Naming and exact inclusions vary by builder—your sales team confirms what is offered in your plan.

Essential
The connected-home foundation: structured wiring, a central network panel, Wi-Fi coverage, and pre-wire for the systems you add over time.

Enhanced
Everything in Essential plus whole-home audio in key rooms, smart lighting and dimming, a video doorbell, and a security keypad ready for monitoring.

Elite
A fully integrated home—automation control, multi-room audio and video, camera coverage, motorized shade pre-wire, and climate integration on one app.
Inside every package
The systems we design and install
Each tier scales these systems up or down, but the categories stay the same—so the wiring backbone is ready whether you start at Essential or go all the way to Elite.
Data & networking
Structured wiring, Wi-Fi access points, and a central network panel that keep every device connected throughout the home.
Audio & video
Whole-home and outdoor audio, distributed video, and media pre-wire planned around the rooms you actually use.
Home automation
One app to control lighting, audio, climate, and security—simple for daily use and easy to expand later.
Lighting control
Smart switches, dimming, and scene control that set the right light for every room and time of day.
Security & cameras
Door and window sensors, keypads, and camera coverage wired in and ready for the monitoring plan you choose.
Climate & comfort
Smart thermostats and low-voltage HVAC controls that tie heating and cooling into the rest of the home.
No two communities are the same
Tailored per community and floor plan
Packages are not one-size-fits-all.
Before a community breaks ground, we build a package matrix with the developer and map it to each floor plan. Room counts, square footage, outdoor living spaces, and the builder’s standard finishes all shape what a buyer can select—and what is wired in by default.
That planning keeps the experience consistent for buyers and predictable for builders: every home in the community is wired to the same standard, options are priced up front, and upgrades are designed in rather than chased down after closing.
A defined package set scoped to each floor plan
Options that scale with home size and outdoor spaces
Upfront pricing and clear upgrade choices for buyers
Documented standards your trades can build to every time
