AMLI Littleton Village is a community comprised of 2 residential buildingsand 1 mixed use building with 9,000 SF of ground floor retail. Conceivedas part of a master plan to create a new main street in Littleton, the residential buildings are sited to create a strong urban frontage along
the public and private roads. This activates the surrounding streets and neighborhood while the mixed use building, with living space above retail, mirrors the flavor and success of downtown Littleton.
confluence riverwalk north & south
The Riverwalk development will consist of a mix of retail, office, and residential uses. In total, Riverwalk would provide downtown Castle Rock with 14,000 sf of ground level retail, 34,000 sf of commercial office space, and 228 residential apartment units. Parking would be accommodated one level below each building and at the street level, parked behind the retail sections. 323 parking spaces would be dedicated to residents, office users, and visitors as a part of the Riverwalk development.
embrey lowry boulevard one
This award-wining firm will build and manage a gateway project on Quebec Street south of Lowry Boulevard. The luxury community will feature 347 apartments, two large outdoor courtyards, swimming pools and a rooftop “sky deck” for gatherings. Care was taken to vary the architectural materials, break up building massing and soften edges with enhanced landscaping. Buildings on Quebec Street will be three stories tall, stepping back to four stories.
